Today Paige, Kevin's dad and I had the privilege of going with Alex to his first live NHL game! Edmonton Oilers vs Carolina Hurricanes. The Oilers won 1-0 in overtime! Alex won a t-shirt from the t-shirt canon! Plus we were given Oiler toques just because a sales guy liked us and that we were from NZ! Not only all that but Paige and I found an amazing deal on hotel rooms directly across the street from the arena! With breakfast included!!
Yup it's the small things!
